In summary, from 1st April 2026:

Businesses, charities and public sector organisations can claim £500 per socket up to 40 sockets

State-funded schools and education institutions can can up to £2000 per socket up to 40 sockets

Residential landlords can claim up to £500 per socket and £500 per parking space up to a value of £30,000 per property.
